Please read these conditions carefully. Each guest acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person {Guest} occupying or visiting our cottages and using the facilities in the cottage at the invitation or with the authority of the Guest.

  • Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the receipt/ booking.
  • The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by the Guest together with all replacements and costs for any damage or loss to the Cottage and it’s contents. The
  • Owner/Manager is NOT liable for any damages or loss of property, which a Guest may sustain whilst on the property.
  • The Cottage must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
  • Only the number of people shown on the booking may stay in the Cottage overnight.
  • NO animals or pets are to be brought into the Cottage, with the exception of Sight and
  • Hearing assistance dogs.
  • Any reasonable direction of the Owner/Manager must be complied with. The Cottage must be vacated after receiving a warning if a condition has been broken.

Reception is situated in the Golf Clubhouse

Check In and Out Times

Check in time is 2.00pm and check out time is 10.00am. Please drop off your key at Clubhouse on departure.

Should you arrive after 5.00pm, please pick up your key from the Restaurant or call into Clubhouse during office hours the following morning to finalise payment and registration details.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

  • Notice must be given, a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival date.
  • For cancellation within the 7-DAY PERIOD, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • For cancellations 48 hours or less, prior to arrival time, the full amount of the complete stay will be charged.
  • No REFUNDS for reduction in stay, for any reason, once checked into Cottage.
  • The Owner/Manager may inspect the Cottage at any time with reasonable notice, if he is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions.

Cottages – Cleaning – Linen

  • All cottages are self-catering and are not serviced daily. If you are staying 5 nights or more you will receive a complimentary mid-stay towel change.
  • If you are staying 8 nights or more a complimentary full service will be provided.
  • The cottages contain all the utensils and equipment and linen needed.
  • If you require an extra service and or request extra items, please contact reception. (prices below):

Towels $15.00

(Includes 2 towels, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, 2 face cloths)

Daily Service (per room per night) $20.00

  • For your convenience you have been provided with a small amount of Complimentary Toiletries and Tea & Coffee.
  • If you leave the Cottage in an unreasonable state, you will be charged $200.00 for the extra cleaning costs incurred.


A complimentary guest BBQ is provided for guests wishing to cook a meal

Recreation – Golf

Gunabul Par 3 Golf Course is open 7 days from 7am till 5.30pm.

Green Fees: 9 Holes $20.00 | 18 Holes $25.00

Motorised buggies: $30.00 for 18 holes | $20.00 for 9 Holes

Children – Primary $5.00 | Secondary – $10.00

(Included in your stay is one game of golf per person per overnight stay)

Motor buggies not included.

Relax in our gourmet café situated inside the homestead or dine on the wide veranda. Enjoy a cup of coffee and our delicious cafe meals available Monday – Friday from 9am till 3pm.

Lunch and morning tea: Monday to Friday from 9.00am

Dinner: Wednesday to Saturday from 6.00pm

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the Restaurant with any food or beverage purchased during the above dining hours.


For your own peace of mind and security, please be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the cottages or retiring at night. (Management accepts no responsibility for items lost or stolen)

We draw your attention to this act, which is on view at Clubhouse office.

Fire Alarms – Non Smoking Cottages

Any physical evidence or residual odour, in the Cottage will result in a charge of $150.00 against your credit card to cover the cost of a full clean.

For your safety we have installed a smoke alarm. To negate the possibility of unnecessary alarms please do not smoke or burn incense or candles or like in the cottages. In the event of a fire during your stay please proceed to MEET AREA in an orderly fashion only taking your room key with you. A diagram is on your cottage wall.

Room Keys

Your keys are required to access your cottage. It is important to carry these with you at all times. Please drop keys back at office on vacating cottage. If leaving before 7.00am please leave keys in the outside screen door of your Cottage. If you have the misfortune to lose your cottage keys, there is a charge of $70.00 to replace.


The mode for the air-conditioner must be on * (an ice crystal) to cool the room. The mode symbol must be on (a sun) to heat the room. On hot days please keep the cottage between 20º C and 22º C this helps not to work the unit to hard and prevent dripping on extremely hot days. Please ensure all doors and windows are closed whilst running of the air-conditioner.

On leaving your cottage ensure air-conditioner TV & lights are also TURNED OFF.

If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the Guest must immediately vacate the Cottage. The Owner/ Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce eviction of any Guest and removal of Guests property.

Laundromat – Woolies – Servo

There is a shopping complex at the end of Woolgar Road that can supply you with groceries. A Laundromat is at the Blue Corner store opposite The Jockey Club Hotel.

A service station is also in the shopping centre complex.
